Nicole Sulikowski, FNP-BC

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University in 2012 and has built a diverse nursing career spanning procedural services, medical-surgical nursing, and acute rehabilitation. In 2025, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Lewis University and became board certified as an FNP-BC.

Nicole is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care and partnering with patients to understand their concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and improve their overall quality of life. Her diverse nursing background has given her a well-rounded perspective on patient care and strengthened her passion for patient education, prevention, and evidence-based treatment.

Outside of work, she lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and three children, who keep life busy and full of adventure. Nicole loves being active and spending as much time outdoors as possible. One of her favorite things to do as a family is travel and explore new places—especially if we can find a great hiking trail along the way. She also enjoys cooking and making the most of time spent with family and friends.
